Youth Soil & Water Stewardship Training Program
A Free Spring Break Outdoor Leadership Experience for Youth (Ages 14–18)
💧 Free Program 🌱 Hands-On Outdoor Learning 💵 $150 Stipend on completion
Join a small pilot cohort of youth learning how to care for land and water through hands-on restoration work, environmental skill building, and mentorship.
The program centers Black, Brown, and Native youth and creates space for young people to reconnect with land, strengthen cultural relationships to the environment, and step into environmental leadership.
What Participants Will Do
- Learn practical skills in soil health, water conservation, and climate resilience
- ork with mentors restoring habitat and caring for the land
- Build leadership and environmental stewardship skills • Connect with other youth who care about the environment
- Receive a Certificate of Completion and a $150 stipend
